Commercial use is allowed within the scope described in the following guidelines.
However, unauthorized issuance and distribution of NFTs using materials from SYMBIOGENESIS are strictly prohibited, even for personal use.
Is it possible to monetize through video distribution?
Yes, you may use official monetization functions available through video-sharing sites (such as YouTube and Twitch) and other similar services.
The rights to any images, footage, characters, scenarios, music or other copyrighted materials (henceforth, the “Content”) that make up the SYMBIOGENESIS (henceforth, the “Service”) as described below, belong to Square Enix Co., Ltd. (henceforth, the “Company”), or are used by the Company with permission from the relevant copyright holder(s). Adapting, modifying or re-producing such Content without the Company’s prior permission is prohibited.
However, the creation of derivative works using the Content for personal use is permitted without the Company’s permission as long as it follows the Terms of Use listed below. Whether or not the creative activity violates the Terms of Use below is subject to the Company’s judgment.
In addition to the aforementioned, holders of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) offered through this Service, which refers to unique tokens issued on the blockchain, are allowed to use the Contents of this Service for commercial purposes limited to the period of holding the NFT, provided that the use follows the Terms of Use described below and is limited to the Contents represented by the NFT.

Any creative activities using this Content (henceforth referred to as "Derivative Works") shall abide by the following Terms of Use.
Derivative Works are produced and used at the creator’s own responsibility and risk.
The Company makes no guarantees regarding the use of the Service based on these guidelines, including that the Service does not infringe upon the rights of third parties. In addition, the Company cannot be held responsible in any way for damages or disputes with third parties arising from the creation of Derivative Works based on these guidelines and will not provide compensation or similar for such.
The Company may modify the guidelines at its sole discretion without prior notice. Please note that the Company will not be responsible for any damages caused by the changes to these guidelines.
